Shipping policy
At Kayle at Home we offer shipping across the UK. All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 buisness days after placing an order.
SHIPPING FEES
We offer free shipping for orders over £50 in value. Shipping fees vary depending on the shipping option selected, the size and weight of the item(s) being shipped, and the destination address. The shipping fees will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
ORDER TRACKING
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number to check status of your order on our website or on a couriers website.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible on hello@kayleathome.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will be able to cancel it. If your order has already been dispatched you will need to return the item(s) to us once they have been delivered.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions to either arrange re-delivery or collection from a local depot. If the package is not collected within the time frame specified by the courier, it will be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery (at a addition cost) or to process a refund.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
If your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue with the courier and either arrange a replacement or process a refund.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer international shipping outside the UK
